Working to deliver a functional retail environment in a Grade II Listed Building
Giles Davies have worked with Specsavers for over a decade and been part of their supply chain as a Tier One contractor. Giles Davies are a Tier 01 Specsavers contractor and as such work on new stores and those with more complex requirements. In Tetbury Giles Davies worked with the Specsavers team to plan and deliver the new store within the Cotswold Town in a Grade II listed former bank.
Giles Davies, as a main contractor, managed the entire Specsavers project at Tetbury with a dedicated project management and coordination team to ensure seamless execution.
At Specsavers Tetbury, Giles Davies executed a comprehensive fit-out of a large listed former bank building. Over six weeks, the team completed the fit-out, including full internal construction, plumbing and electric works and finishing trades including the installation of all unitary. Specsavers undertake NHS hearing and eye tests therefore all spaces are built to the highest conformity levels.
